About Justin Vaughn

Justin represents business owners and executives on matters including business establishment, governance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, commercial contracts, employment issues and plans, general business issues, litigation matters, and succession planning. As a former successful litigation attorney, Justin uses his background and knowledge to help entrepreneurs succeed. He is a speaker on business formation, non-profit and for-profit business solutions, litigation avoidance techniques, business exit strategies, and asset and stock sales. Justin’s practice areas involve diverse industries, including aerospace, manufacturing and retail, IT, nonprofits, banking, construction, real estate, franchisees, insurance carriers, accountants, physicians, wealth advisers, automotive, restaurants, and government contractors.

Justin has been voted Best of the Best among attorneys 27 times in Colorado and Arizona. He has also been recognized as a 5280 Magazine Five Star Services Provider.

Because of his commitment to service and heart led leadership, Justin was honored as 2007 Philanthropist of the Year. Justin founded two free legal clinics, founded a branch of United Way, and served on multiple charitable boards benefitting those in need, particularly children. He has also served as Chair of a Chamber of Commerce and as President of his Rotary. He has also served as a local bar association chair, and served as a Juvenile Court Diversion Program Judge. He currently serves on the Boards of Make-A-Wish and Douglas County Community Foundation.

Justin has a pilot’s license and is a certified scuba instructor. He enjoys running, church activities, and spending time with his family.
